Why does this business have only 1 cook . We arrived 12:30 order was taken. Noticed that there was two other tables waiting for their order. Our order came and placed on the table at1:15

It seems that everything on the menu is a la carte. The food is good once it comes. If I remember correctly, the chips and salsa were an extra charge also. Tuesdays are Taco Tuesdays with a special menu.
